Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information Atlas Sustainable Procurement Solutions LLC (“Atlas”, “we”) collects through this website and how we use it. The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who we are

Atlas Sustainable Procurement Solutions LLC, 12864 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181, United States. Email [email protected], phone +1 (561) 403-7192.

Information you give us

When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and information about your project. The inquiry form on our home page does not send anything to our servers: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it.

Technical information

  • Hosting. This site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Cookies and analytics. We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.

The DSQP Workbench

The Workbench runs entirely in your browser. Projects you enter are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and files you export are saved only to your device.

How we use information

  • to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal or statement of work,
  • to deliver and manage an engagement you have agreed to,
  • to keep business, accounting and tax records required by law.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only as needed: our email and business service providers (for example our email host), professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, and, for an engagement and with your agreement, laboratories or specialists bound by confidentiality. We will also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and project records as long as needed for the business relationship and to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
